Access Strata Management was founded in 2015 when the management team saw the need for change in the way Strata Management was handled.

During their 20 years of managing owners corporations for small buildings all the way through to high rise towers, the Access team saw a disconnect between what all OC stakeholder’s required and what OC Managers were delivering.

This disconnect has lead to poor service levels provided by OC Managers and resultant poor perception of OC Managers from the public and the broader Real Estate Industry.

At Access, we focus on providing advice that will allow existing buildings to deliver maximum results for their owners in the short, medium and long term.  We are aware that ongoing performance criteria of a building will be based on factors including age, property market conditions, tenants and the broader strategy of its owners.  As such we make it our task to undertake a thorough building needs analysis in conjunction with budgets that will shape future plans for the facility.  We work with the owners to ensure that the building is maintained to the highest standards.
